Our manifesto
It started in 2015, in the wake of the Nepal earthquake, with three friends asking themselves what it would take to help get more people to help those in need. The three of us – and those who joined since then – consider ourselves lucky. As a team, and as individuals, we realised early on in our careers that we wanted to dedicate our lives to doing good and enabling others to do the same. And we are now on the path to doing just that.
We believe that people – and companies – are inherently good and are always keen to help others in their time of need. However, there seems to be a widespread problem that has significantly affected the sector: a lack of transparency. Many people are willing to help, but many also refrain from doing so for fear of not knowing where their donations are going.
Armed with that piece of information, we started looking at the world and stumbled upon a striking reality: in one way or another, there are 1.4 billion people dedicating funds, time, expertise or gifts in kind to charity. If there is strength in numbers, then 1.4 billion people can literally change the world.
So we set out to give them the one thing that was missing – a platform for all of them to get together and not only do good but also actually see the impact they are creating in the world, find new ways to get involved, and grow in the process. Go from a large number of people putting in an individual effort to creating a real community and attracting help from powerful businesses and donors, therefore raising the level of their impact exponentially.
An African proverb says that it takes a village to raise a child. We believe it takes all of us to make the world a better place.
So here’s where we are today: from companies that want to streamline and better manage their corporate social responsibility initiatives to charities that post both calls for action and updates on their work and individuals just willing to help however they can, we have created an ecosystem for doing good.

People around the world give their time, energy, and resources to those who need it and this kindness and giving make the world go round. Being kind and generous are valuable human traits that connect us. It’s when we strengthen this “Kind Link” by giving and donating to a cause and showcase its impact that we will further empower and inspire others to do the same.
We believe in sustainability
We want a world where individuals and organisations live and work sustainably. To support this vision and belief, we’ve designed a user-friendly and streamlined CRM platform to log, track, and report on sustainability efforts, from supply chain to environmental issues, while building connections with their communities or stakeholders.
We believe in transparency
Transparency builds trust, and trust promotes generosity. That’s why over the past four years, KindLink has built a complete software solution where donors can clearly see how their contributions are being used and their impact. Our free-to-use platform encourages and empowers charities and nonprofits to attract more donations, manage their funds, and focus on what they do best: helping others.
We believe in efficiency
Charities and nonprofit organisations deliver incredible outcomes even while working on limited resources. But depending on outdated technology and systems, manual intervention doesn’t help their cause, and KindLink wants to change that. We want organisations in the charity sector to do more good, more efficiently, by harnessing the best of technology.
