Registered charities, nonprofits and CICs. You register with your charity number, and once we have verified it your account is on the free plan permanently – there is no size limit, income threshold or record cap.
Yes. The CRM, fundraising pages, donation collection, beneficiary records, volunteer management and project reporting are free for registered charities, nonprofits and CICs – permanently, not as a trial. We make our money from paid-plan subscriptions and from the companies who run their giving on KindLink.
Never, on any plan. The only deduction is the payment processor's own fee – 1.4% + 15p on UK cards, or 1.25% capped at £4 on Direct Debit. We take none of it, and we take none of your Gift Aid.
No. Transaction history is unlimited on every plan, including Free, and your donor and donation records are kept for as long as your account is open.
Nothing is charged automatically – we do not ask for a card to start a trial. If you decide not to continue, your account returns to the free plan and your data stays exactly where it is.
Any time. There is no contract, no notice period and no cancellation fee. To change or cancel a plan, email [email protected] and we will take care of it. If you cancel a paid plan you keep the free plan and all of your records.
Yes, on the Expert plan. UK Direct Debit costs 1.25% capped at £4 per transaction with no mandate setup fee – typically cheaper than CAF Donate or a separate GoCardless account.
Yes. Multi-currency on the Expert plan lets you collect in over 135 currencies, settled to your own account.
