Donations, Gift Aid, fundraising, your donor CRM, volunteers, beneficiaries and impact reporting all live on one system, so you stop paying for four tools that do not talk to each other.
Someone gives you £20 in January. In April she runs a marathon and raises £800. In July she helps out at your summer fair. In most charities she's now three people in three systems, and nobody can see the whole picture. Here she's one person, with all of it on her record. So when a trustee asks who your best supporters are, you can tell them.
Everything on the left adds to the record. Everything on the right reads from it. The blue line is the bit most platforms never close. You can go back to the person who gave in January and show her what her money paid for.
Thirteen areas, grouped by the job they do. Open any of them to see what you get.

Online, on your own website, in person or by Direct Debit.
Share a donation link, or drop the form straight into your own website. One-off or monthly, in whatever currency your donors use, and the money lands in your account rather than sitting with us.
More on charity donation management →Donors tick the Gift Aid box when they give and we do the rest. Claims are prepared and filed with HMRC for you, so nobody has to build a spreadsheet at the end of the quarter.
More on automated Gift Aid reporting →Take card and phone donations at events, in shops or out on the street. Every gift goes straight onto the donor record, exactly like one made online.
See how contactless fundraising works →Build a campaign page with a target on it, sell tickets to your events and run your membership scheme. Everything you raise is tied back to the appeal that raised it, so you can see what actually worked.

Everything you know about someone, on one record.
Every donor, every gift and every event they came to, on one record. There's no cap on how many people you can hold and no limit on how far back you can look, and that's true on the free plan too.
More on the KindLink donor CRM →Give donors somewhere to find you, thank them in your own words, and send them news about the work they paid for. People give again when they can see what happened last time.

Your supporters, your volunteers and the companies that back you.
Your supporters set up their own pages and raise money in your name. The donors they bring in land in your database rather than somebody else's, so you can thank them yourself and ask them again.
More on peer-to-peer fundraising →Advertise your roles, take sign-ups and log the hours people give you. It all sits on the same record as their giving, so a volunteer who also donates is one person and not two.
See the volunteer management tools →Keep your company partners, their employees' giving and their matched donations together, and send them impact updates they can show their own people.
More on corporate engagement →List what you need on the KindLink marketplace, where companies looking for a cause to back can come and find you.

The part most fundraising software leaves out.
If you deliver services as well as raise money, you can keep your case records here too. Access is set by role, so your fundraisers don't see anything they shouldn't.
Set up a project, attach the funding that pays for it and record what you delivered. When a funder asks how their grant was spent, the answer is already there.
Look at any period you like, filter by project and export what you need. Your full history is there on every plan, including the free one, so nothing has to be rebuilt by hand.
We handle Gift Aid, Direct Debit and UK data rules properly, because we're a UK company and so are most of the charities we work with. If you work outside the UK, none of it gets in your way.
Declarations are captured when someone gives, and the claim goes to HMRC for you. That's 25% more on every eligible gift, and we don't take a penny of it.
Regular giving costs 1.25%, capped at £4. There's no setup fee, nothing to pay for a mandate and no charge when a payment fails.
Consent and retention are handled the way UK GDPR expects, access is set by role, and you can export the lot whenever you want.
We charge for the subscription and nothing else. On every plan, including Free, the whole donation reaches you minus the payment processor's own fee.

In the UK, Gift Aid adds another 25%. JustGiving, Enthuse and CAF take 4–5% of it. We take none.
Regular gifts cost 1.25%, capped at £4 – no setup fee, no mandate fee, and no charge for a failed payment.
No. Most charities start with donations and the CRM, then add the rest when they're ready. Nothing stops working if you only ever use two parts of it.
It's one system with one database, built in one place rather than bought up piece by piece. That's why a volunteer's hours can show up in the same report as your income.
Yes, and you should. Access is set by role, so the people raising money don't see case notes about the people you help, even though both live in the same platform.
Yes. You can collect in more than 135 currencies using local payment methods, and run projects across more than one country. Gift Aid and UK Direct Debit are there if you need them and out of sight if you don't.
You take it with you. Supporters, giving history, beneficiaries, reports, all of it, whenever you like. There's no export fee and no notice period.
